Kady's comment of the moment:

We had accidentally purchased some "Medium" Salsa instead of "Mild". Kady was telling us how hot it was and then said, "I wonder what "LARGE" tastes like?!"



Creed's comment of the moment:



Creed jumping up and down with excitement yelling - "Yeah, I love Open House. Woo-Hoo!!" And then, without missing a beat, looks up at me and asks, "What is Open House, by the way."

Less Intervention, More Intercession

We just finished a great Revival at our church with Tim Hancock.
One thing that stood out for me in all of his messages was:
"We try to fix things by intervention when what we should be doing is intercession."
I know I am a "fix it" kind of gal and I get overwhelmed when I try to fix the problem myself. God doesn't need us to "fix it" unless He specifically asks us to. All He needs is for us to go to Him in prayer for whatever it is and He will guide us each step of the way.
