"I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart."

Kady's comment of the moment:

We had accidentally purchased some "Medium" Salsa instead of "Mild". Kady was telling us how hot it was and then said, "I wonder what "LARGE" tastes like?!"

Creed's comment of the moment:

Creed jumping up and down with excitement yelling - "Yeah, I love Open House. Woo-Hoo!!" And then, without missing a beat, looks up at me and asks, "What is Open House, by the way."

Fall Fun

What is better to do in the Fall than to play in the leaves. Especially with the AWESOME and WARM weather we had this Fall. The daycare kids LOVED to rake, shovel, cart, and carry the leaves to create a pile and then jump in and bury one another. The trick was trying to get the pile big enough before someone jumped in! Gotta love FALL!!

My "not so little boy" playing laying in the leaves.

Throwing the leaves in the air was always a highlight. Especially when they landed on everyone else!!

The downfall in getting buried in the leaves. You will find leaves in places you didn't know they could find themselves! I had to laugh at Creed's method of removing the leaves under his shirt! It was quite amusing!

And , what is Fall without pumpkins! The kids and I got down and dirty carving our pumpkins. Creed prefers to NOT touch the "gunk" in the pumpkin. He leans more toward the "spoon method" to get his seeds out of his pumpkin.

Kady is definitely my daughter. She dug right in and got her hands dirty!!

Kady's finished pumpkin. Daddy helped her quite a bit with this one! She insisted on having a bat from one of the templates that came with the pumpkin carving kit. It took awhile - but it looked amazing. This picture just does not do it justice!

Creed and his pumpkin. I think they could be twins!
