Kady's comment of the moment:

We had accidentally purchased some "Medium" Salsa instead of "Mild". Kady was telling us how hot it was and then said, "I wonder what "LARGE" tastes like?!"



Creed's comment of the moment:



Creed jumping up and down with excitement yelling - "Yeah, I love Open House. Woo-Hoo!!" And then, without missing a beat, looks up at me and asks, "What is Open House, by the way."

Our First Hike in Colorado

Kady, Creed and I ventured out for a hike a few days after arriving.  Creed was ready to conquer a mountain that was 14,000 feet - but we convinced him to take it easy.  Kady and I were still trying to acclimate to this elevation so I wasn't even sure if we could make a short hike around the neighborhood - but we attempted a hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park.  Thought I'd post a few pics of our afternoon.  And yes - we made it. It wasn't fast - but we made it to the top of the falls!
